Three tracks, one standard. Every participant is assessed on what they produce at each of the four gates, not on attendance. Corporate tracks are priced on the Engagements page.
Tracks
Track 1: Forward-Deployed AI Engineer
For engineers in services firms and capability centres who will sit with a client, find the real problem and ship into the client's systems. Covers discovery, AI architecture, retrieval and agents, evaluation, responsible AI controls and handover.
Track 2: AI Architecture for Senior Engineers
For architects and tech leads who make the technology decisions on enterprise AI. Covers data and integration boundaries, model and retrieval decisions with the reasoning recorded, evaluation and acceptance plans.
Track 3: Role-specific AI for Enterprise Teams
Two to five days for one enterprise team, built on its own tools and use cases. Recent subjects: Copilot Studio for procurement, GitHub Copilot agents for engineering teams.
Public cohorts
I run public batches of the Forward-Deployed AI Engineer track for individuals through AIXL Academy. Dates and fees are kept on the registration form.
For companies
If you are choosing a track for a team, write to me with the team's current work and what they must be able to own in six months. I reply with a suggested track and a scope.
