Work with me in Europe

European teams have a regulation to design for. The EU AI Act sets binding duties for agents that reach EU users or EU-based processes, and buyers in Europe expect those duties to be answered in the design, not in a policy document after the build. This page explains how I work with European teams from India, and what the first weeks of an engagement look like.

Can you work with us here?

Yes. I have worked with clients in Italy and Switzerland. The named work includes predictive AI and machine-learning models, and virtual-reality applications, for Whirlpool in Italy and Zeiss in Switzerland. The Europe pillar sets out the Act's duties with their sources, and the Europe consulting page describes the method for European teams.

How engagements run from India

I am based in Nashik, which is on India time. Central European Time is four and a half hours behind India in winter, and three and a half hours behind in summer, when Central European Summer Time applies. A 9:00 to 17:00 working day in Central Europe is 13:30 to 21:30 in India during winter, and 12:30 to 20:30 during summer. The overlap is therefore in the afternoon and early evening for the European team.

Decisions are planned in that window. The build runs in India and is reviewed with the owner during the overlap. Where a workflow needs on-site discovery or a handover, I plan that in person, and I travel for engagements.

The EU AI Act in the design

Four duties shape most agents: AI literacy for the people who work with the system, human oversight for high-risk uses, transparency where people interact with AI, and the GDPR's rules on automated decisions. The review maps each duty to a control in the system, such as an approval step, a stop control, a run record and a disclosure. The dates for the high-risk duties were changed by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, so the consolidated text is checked before the design is fixed.

Travel

I have worked with clients in Italy and Switzerland, and I travel for engagements there. Visits are arranged per engagement, where discovery or handover needs them. Where possible, a trip is planned at least two weeks ahead. Travel and accommodation are set out in the engagement document.

Contracting

Engagements are contracted through Aurelia Innovatives Pvt. Ltd. Invoices are in US dollars (USD). The terms, timing and work location are stated in the engagement document.

Organisations I have worked with

The organisations I can name are listed on the about page. In Europe, they include Whirlpool in Italy and Zeiss in Switzerland.
