Work with me in India
India hosts a large and growing number of global capability centres, and many of them are now asking the same question: how to move AI work from pilots into systems the centre owns. This page explains how I work with Indian enterprises and centres from Nashik, including the cities I travel to, the data-protection timeline, and the engagement shapes.
Can you work with us here?
Yes. I work with Indian enterprises and global capability centres on forward-deployed AI consulting and on training, with the work location stated in each engagement. The India pillar covers the rules and their sources. The India consulting page gives the country view, and city pages cover Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai.
Where I work from
I am based in Nashik, Maharashtra, and the whole of India is on one time zone. There is no offset to plan around inside the country, so decisions and reviews can be scheduled in the working day for each team.
I am in Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad often for engagements. Mumbai visits are arranged per engagement for each engagement. Where a workflow needs on-site discovery or handover, I plan that in person, and the build runs from Nashik between visits.
Engagement shapes
- AI Delivery Readiness Review. Two weeks on one workflow, with the people who run the work in the room. It ends with a written decision to proceed, reframe or pause.
- Architecture Sprint. Two to four weeks on one use case, with the architecture, recorded decisions and a backlog.
- Forward-deployed AI delivery. One bounded use case, built with the centre's or the enterprise's engineers, with a runbook and a named owner.
The engagements page describes what each shape includes. I do not publish prices.
The rules that shape the work
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, was enacted in August 2023. Its Rules were notified on 13 November 2025, and they phase in over time. Most obligations apply eighteen months after notification, around May 2027. The India AI Governance Guidelines, released on 5 November 2025, are non-legislative. The RBI's FREE-AI committee report from August 2025 matters for financial firms, and it is recommendations rather than directions.
Teams and training
For teams that want the capability in-house, the AIXL Academy cohort runs live online, with its own schedule and terms. Team programmes run on the team's own tools and data, in the team's working hours. The India training page describes both routes.
Travel
I am in Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad often for engagements. Mumbai visits are arranged per engagement. Visits elsewhere in India are arranged with the client. Where possible, a trip is planned at least two weeks ahead, and travel and accommodation are set out in the engagement document.
Contracting
Engagements are contracted through Aurelia Innovatives Pvt. Ltd. Invoices are in US dollars (USD). The scope, timing and work location are stated in the engagement document before work starts.
Organisations I have worked with
The organisations I can name are listed on the about page. They include Tredence, Persistent Systems, Walmart, and recent training engagements at Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have also worked with Wipro and Infosys on capability programmes.
