Work with me in the UAE and GCC
Teams in the UAE and the wider Gulf are moving agents from pilots into live workflows, and they need two things before the build starts: a clear view of which rules apply, and a delivery method that leaves a working system behind. This page explains how I work with teams in the UAE and GCC, from Nashik, and what to expect in each engagement.
Can you work with us here?

How engagements run from Nashik
I am based in Nashik, India. The UAE is an hour and a half behind India, so a working day in the UAE overlaps with the afternoon and evening in India. A UAE day of 9:00 to 17:00 is 10:30 to 18:30 in India. That is the overlap I plan decisions around, and it covers most of a typical UAE working day.
Build work runs in India and is reviewed with the owner in the overlap. Where a workflow needs on-site discovery or a handover, I plan that in person. I am in Dubai often for engagements, and Abu Dhabi visits are arranged per engagement, usually alongside a Dubai trip.
Engagement shapes
- AI Delivery Readiness Review. Two weeks on one workflow. It ends with a written decision to proceed, reframe or pause.
- Architecture Sprint. Two to four weeks on one use case, with the architecture, recorded decisions and a backlog.
- Forward-deployed AI delivery. One bounded use case, built inside your systems, with a runbook and a named owner at handover.

Travel
I am in Dubai often for engagements. Abu Dhabi visits are arranged per engagement, usually alongside a Dubai trip. Where on-site work is needed, the trip is planned with the client at least two weeks ahead where possible. Travel and accommodation are set out in the engagement document, so the client knows what is covered before the trip.
Contracting
Engagements are contracted through Aurelia Innovatives Pvt. Ltd. Invoices are in US dollars (USD). Scope, timing and the work location are stated in the engagement document before work starts. A team can also take a programme through the public cohort on the AIXL Academy page, which has its own schedule and terms.
The rules that shape the work
The federal data law has applied since 2 January 2022. DIFC Regulation 10 covers autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that process personal data in the DIFC. In Abu Dhabi, the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 govern processing within Abu Dhabi Global Market. The UAE pillar explains which rule applies where, and the review begins by checking the data map against those rules.

Common questions
Can you work with a UAE team if you are based in India?
Yes. The build can run from Nashik with a fixed overlap for decisions, and discovery and handover can be on site where the work needs it.
What is the time difference with the UAE?
The UAE is an hour and a half behind India. A 9:00 to 17:00 UAE working day is 10:30 to 18:30 in India.
Which company signs the contract?
Aurelia Innovatives Pvt. Ltd. Invoices are in US dollars (USD), and the terms are set out in each engagement.
Does the DIFC rule apply to my project?
It can, if the personal data is processed in the DIFC. The review maps each data flow first, so the right rule is applied to each.
